Highly Precise Dynamic Temperature Control

Xutemp started temperature technology from 1990, and has 15 years of experience in designing, engineering and manufacturing of highly precise dynamic temperature controlling system. For different applications and temperature solutions in varieties of product line, algorithm for temperature regulation includes simple on/off control, improved proportional/PWM control and advanced PID control. Temperature controllers cover temperature range from -90℃　to +400℃, with stability among ±0.5℃, ±0.1℃, ±0.05℃, ±0.02℃,±0.01℃, ±0.005℃　and ±0.002℃, corresponding to resolutions from 0.1℃, 0.01℃　to 0.001℃. The controllers meet not only the basic requirement for precise temperature control at static test conditions, for sensor and thermometer calibration to name a few, the characteristics of quick response and dynamic control extend their application in broader range of temperature simulation (sinusoid and linearity) and process control in pharmaceuticals as well. For general products, standard controller normally covers safety functions of liquid low-level, door open, sensor open/short, temperature over, compressor pressure low/high and auto-restart after power failure. Advanced features include temperature, humidity and light programming, auto-start, auto-stop and timer, and absolute temperature calibration(ATC).

Exterior sensor and RS232/485 communication interface are becoming standard configurations in varieties of controllers. Standard design of the measurements and the panel makes the controller applicable to either the baths, the chambers and incubators, presenting the greatest flexibility. Ultra-low Large Capacity Refrigeration

Except for the incorporation of name brand of compressors, expansion valves, blowers and solenoid valves, Xutemp has possessd technology-leading expertise in ultra-low and large capacity refrigeration. The deepest temperature is as low as -60℃ in products with single stage compressor, while in products with cascaded refrigeration, the minimum temperature of lower than -90℃　can be expected. It takes less than 90 minutes for XT5301-R80, one of the Xutemp"s representatives, to reach at -80℃　from +20℃ bath temperature. Xutemp provides baths and circulators with cooling capacity ranging from 200W to 50kW, which makes them the greatest flexibility of choice in both laboratorial and industrial applications. CNC Sheet-metal Working for Best Flexibility

Equipped with up-to-date Muratec CNC sheet-metal working machine and by careful designing, engineering by our active engineers in CAD/CAM, Xutemp provides custom products in the greatest flexibility in acceptable time period. Any feature changing and configuring from bath dimensions, bench space to connector size, is accepted without　any precondition or minimum order requirement. Not only obvious requirements are　taken into account in the design, minor matters from the choice of small screw to burr　treatment and corner polishing are as well normal procedures in the manufacturing to follow the national standard and those of Xutemp.

Foamed-in-place Insulation

Baths and chambers are insulated by PU foaming (pre-insulated with EPDM rubber or ceramic fiber is necessary for temperature over 80℃) with advanced foamed-in-place machine from Sealed-Air USA. Different from that of styro-foaming, PU foaming is environment friendly, exhibits better insulation at lower temperature thus improving refrigeration efficiency, strengthens the structure of the baths and chambers and changes the appearance. Even at temperature as low as -90℃, no condensing or frosting will occur on the surface of the product.
